Patrick O'Donnell

Patrick is the technical architect behind Gumshoe's platform. As CTO, he oversees the engineering team that builds and maintains the systems responsible for running millions of AI conversations, processing model outputs at scale, and delivering the insights marketers rely on.

Patrick is a serial entrepreneur with a track record of building products that connect people to information in new ways. He co-founded Urbanspoon, the restaurant discovery app that grew to millions of users before its acquisition by Zomato. He went on to co-found MightyAI, a computer vision data platform, and Fresh Chalk, a local search company. Each venture deepened his understanding of how people find and trust information online.

At Gumshoe, Patrick applies that experience to a new frontier: understanding how AI models synthesize and deliver knowledge to users. His work on direct API integrations ensures that every data point Gumshoe produces is consistent, reproducible, and compliant with model provider terms of service.
