Mira leads customer experience, operations, and project management at Gumshoe. She is the connective tissue between the product team, engineering, and the thousands of brands and agencies that use the platform every day. When a customer has a question, a process needs streamlining, or a cross-functional project needs to ship on time, Mira is the person who makes it happen.

Before Gumshoe, Mira built her career at the intersection of operations and customer success. She previously worked at HopSkipDrive and co-founded Nextipedia, a retail media consultancy. Her experience running CX and operations at companies of various stages gives her an intuitive sense for where bottlenecks form and how to eliminate them before they slow the team down.

At Gumshoe, Mira's impact extends well beyond support tickets. She has built the operational infrastructure that allows a lean team to serve over 7,500 brands and agencies while maintaining the kind of responsive, personal service that enterprise customers expect.
